Full Time/Part Time Looking for an accountant to aid with base to mid-level date entry with a focus on Accountants Payable.
You will be part of a small accounting team which will require flexibility to work on various other tasks as the need arises.
This position provides a refreshing level of autonomy that will allow you to tackle projects as you see fit.
As such, we are looking for a self-motivated individual who can meet deadlines on their own and communicate their job progress and questions to their peers and supervisor.
We are open to new college graduates as well as making this a part-time position (parents working during school hours, etc.
).

Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Accounting or 5-7 years Experience Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop Proficient in Excel and Word Primary Job
Responsibilities:
All Aspects of Accounts Payable o Receive and Enter Bills o Review Monthly Statements o Communicate by Email and Phone with Yard Managers and Vendors o Cut Checks o Complete Vendor Credit Applications Credit Card Data Entry and Reconciliations Journal Entries Monthly Workers Comp Report Assist with Accounts Receivable Various General Accounting Assignments and Tasks Job Type:
