The ER Registration Clerk job duties are:
Responsibilities ER Registration Clerks greet incoming patients to emergency rooms professionally, respectfully and with empathy Interview patient/guarantor to obtain the most accurate demographic information Entering the information into the system timely and accurately Performs related accountabilities/responsibilities as required or directed Works the switch board for entire hospital Can demonstration self-control in stressful situations Obtain all required signatures Collection of patient copay, deductible Requirements High School diploma or equivalent One year of business experience in healthcare preferred Types 45 wpm Is respectful, professional to all patients, guarantor, and co-workers Job Type:
